Koaan - Ms Kavita Chellani's Chick Boutique

In tackling the design challenge presented by Koaan, the boutique envisioned by designer Kavita Chellani, our team encountered a formidable obstacle: height limitations. The space, burdened with a low ceiling and cluttered by multiple beams and columns, demanded an innovative approach to create an illusion of expansiveness. Our solution emerged in the form of a circular ceiling design, strategically implemented to visually elevate the room and counteract its inherent confinement.

 

With height addressed, our focus shifted to maximizing the perceived space within the boutique. Opting for a subdued palette of gentle whites, we orchestrated an atmosphere that not only amplified the sense of spaciousness but also enhanced the luminosity, effectively illuminating every nook and cranny. This choice not only imbued the boutique with an airy ambiance but also served as a canvas to accentuate the vibrant hues of the designer clothing adorning the space.

 

By harmonizing minimalist design principles with a keen understanding of spatial dynamics, we transformed the constraints of Koaan's physical dimensions into a compelling asset, ensuring that every garment found its stage amidst a backdrop of understated elegance and timeless sophistication.
